Blogging on Facebook

by PatrickMason

I often muse that everything is now connected to everything.  Facebook is now allowing you to add your blog, or your favourite blogs as part of your site.  Just one more way to connect.

It looks fairly new so it wil take some tweaking to get all of the features users want, however, the direction it is going is pretty clear. Below are comments from the six reviewers who have tried it (and commented) so far.

I think it would be great to receive notification updates from FB when someone writes on your blog network wall!

Yes I agree with the comments below - RSS/atom feeds are an essential feature.
Interesting idea, but missing some key features

Having to manually add your latest posts is tedious at best, and while it might get me to come back to this tool periodically, mostly it will just annoy me. Also, it would be better to have a way to read a hidden code or something on the blog to verify ownership. It wouldn’t take as long, at any rate.

Great App, But would Be Great to Display Feed …
by James at 12:31pm on May 14th, 2008
Hi, this is a great app, but it is missing a critical feature - the ability to display feeds on the page … though you can replicate that by just creating a page for your blog and adding an RSS app.
Cool app

I think it’s spelled “claimed”, not “calimed”, unless there’s some new verb I don’t know about =]
